Join us for another pairing Chef’s menu Dinner. If you haven’t attended one this is the going to be one that you do not want to miss. Menu is amazing and pairs perfectly with each expression.
Course 1: Escabeche Hamachi with Negi, red radish, topico, green apple, Momiji oroshi in a Mezcal Ponzu.
Course 2: Yellow Tail Sushi roll filled with basil jalapeño and cilantro topped with Salmon and thinly sliced lemons and an Uzi Mezcal Ponzu.
Course 3: Grilled Shrimp with cherry tomatoes and garlic with a hondashi Mezcal butter sauce topped with micro cilantro and chive oil.
Course 4: Surf and Turf grilled in a bourblane sauce all served over a green apple Yuzo and Mezcal butter cream sauce finished with Uzo topico and micro cilantro.
Desert: Chocolate Mezcal Cremoso with a Yuzo gelatin topped with coconut sorbet and Gold Flakes with Mezcal.
